Pictured is an F-5 tornado engineered storm shelter with ballistic material, CMU walls, and structural steel within a detached art studio workshop project at about 90% completion. Once finished out, we will add an update.

The orange-tinged colored panels are ballistic material that wraps embassies around the world with Mil Spec levels J-1 through 4 level protection. This particular material and room are engineered to withstand f-5 tornados and were incorporated as a bathroom to this detached art studio. The 25′ wide by 14′ wall of windows incorporate large panel low E cubed 366 tempered glass, with the latest coatings for energy efficiency, wereas thick-walled, structural 2″ by 3″ vertical and horizontal steel members were used to insure the structural integrity of the building.
